Panel felt that the application had some merit but they were concerned that the budget included payments to project workers and was not a voluntary action, as the fund envisaged. Not recommended for approval.
2 Personal Success
As above, the Panel noted that the budget included payments to project workers rather than engaging them as volunteers. Not recommended for approval.
The Panel requested that the guidance be clarified to explicity advise applicants that payments for salaries, tutor costs or similar payments directly to individuals would not be supported by the Panel.
